The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Let's just change that Day to Week.

Yeah, that sounds about right. College is not all fun despite the statistics that keep saying otherwise. For example, professors love to put all their exams and midterms on the same day. And then wonder why no one does well. Or they complain because they have so much information to fit on one test in a 50 minute course and then don't understand when the grades come in lower than they expected.

Let's take a Montessori moment here and do a little problem solving. If you know that every other professor is going to organize their material and spread it out so that you have such and such test on such and such week why would you not just move some of your material around and help your students out a little bit.

Or if you are really that concerned about the amount of material, add another test. It really should not be that difficult.

Anyways... after that little rant... let's get back to why this week has just been a little rough.

I've had four exams. Yes, four. Shall I list them? Okay. Organic Chemistry, Physics, Spanish, and Sailing.

Okay sailing was easy, but still it's another exam.

And then I got a speeding ticket...

I was rolling down a hill. Granted I probably was speeding, {definitely speeding} but not 42 in a 25. I was rolling down a hill!

Ladies, whomever said crying worked was wrong. Dead wrong. So I'm driving along already sobbing after my physics exam {it went a little rough} and then I get pulled over. So I start sobbing uncontrollably. Yep. Still got a ticket, nevermind that I've never been pulled over. Nope.

So I have that ticket. But it's finally spring break.
